Empathy versus Sympathy

I study. Due to some areas I’m exploring personally now, I am studying empathy. As you may know, one of the leading experts in this area is Brene’ Brown. To say that I think she has done amazing work in her field is an understatement. Today, I think of changing how I approach empathy towards myself. What intrigues you about empathy?
